Who knew that a daft idea to pass the time during lockdown would lead to 67 episodes and thousands of downloads & listens. It was a steep leaning curve learning how to record, edit, publish and promote but we've fine tuned it to a point where would consider ourselves to be competent, bordering on half-decent at it!
We owe a huge thank you to everyone who has listened, supported us and left positive feedback.
Our aim is to give helpful advice in a light hearted manner, so knowing that we are improving peoples health and making them laugh means the world to us. It's onwards & upwards for the podcast, we still have many more topics to cover, guests to interview and rabbit holes to go down...and don't forget the totally random rants!

On part three of the mini series we are talking about Dr Movement. Although the inner doctors concept was thought up by Hippocrates, he didn't have a movement doctor, this was added in by Paul Chek because our lives are far more sedentary nowadays compared to Ancient Greece, where doing the laundry was probably more physically demanding than most peoples exercise regimes today. The advice from doctor movement might seem pretty obvious but there are many advantages to regular movement that you may not be aware of, such as waste removal, transition of nutrients, massage of the organs and much more.
