SBWH #063 - 4 Doctors Mini Series Part 3: Dr. Movement
On part three of the mini series we are talking about Dr Movement. Although the inner doctors concept was thought up by Hippocrates, he didn't have a movement doctor, this was added in by Paul Chek because our lives are far more sedentary nowadays compared to Ancient Greece, where doing the laundry was probably more physically demanding than most peoples exercise regimes today. The advice from doctor movement might seem pretty obvious but there are many advantages to regular movement that you may not be aware of, such as waste removal, transition of nutrients, massage of the organs and much more.
