SBWH #062 - 4 Doctors Mini Series Part 2: Dr. Quiet
Welcome to episode two of our 4 Doctors mini series. Today we are discussing Dr. Quiet, our inner physician who controls rest and recuperation. Our lives have become so busy with constant external inputs that our relaxation time can suffer. Dr Quiet reminds us that we can 'work hard, rest hard' There is no need to wear your lack of sleep like a badge of honour, not only will a lack of proper rest take years off your life, it will make the years you are alive sub optimal. Sleep is the ultimate form go rest, but we also have passive and active rest which we can incorporate into our health regimes.
