SBWH #033 Keeping On Track Over Christmas
On this episode of the SBWH Podcast Jill & Dan give their top tips on how to stay on track during Christmas whilst allowing yourself a bit of indulgence.
It can be a tricky time of the year with regards to health & fitness.
There are lots of occasions involving alcohol, chocolates everywhere you look and the dark nights and cold weather give us yet another excuse to not exercise. But we must fight the temptation to live like a slob for two weeks because it can be very difficult to get back on track in January!
