SBWH #039 Decoding The Diet Culture
On this episode of the SBWH Podcast Jill & Dan are discussing the seemingly endless amount of diets out there. From Keto and Paleo, to Vegan and Flexiterian. Each one claims to be the best thing since sliced bread (pun intended) however, this leads to a lot of confusion since the so called 'science' contradicts itself. So, the aim of this episode is to clearly explain what each diet consists of, the pros & cons of each one and to give you some healthy eating advice which applies to all of these diets.
Highlights include: Jills dinosaur co2 theory, intuitive eating, a warning about 'no added sugar' labels, an interesting story about cornflakes and masturbation (yes you read that right) and stay tuned to the end to hear Jill & Dan go full hippie mode and talk about food prayers and the chakra system.
